While the kids played, I decided to lay back and relax on the grass. I really love this tree, because it reminds me of my childhood. We have the same trees in Chile and I used to do the same thing when I went to the park there.

Emily came just to see why mommy was laying on the grass. I guess it's just so weird for my kids to see me relaxing in nature haha.

Nick was also very curious about what was going on with mommy. And then a little smile.

And finally, I got a third little smile. Hailey just wanted to say "hi"

Here I am, I guess it is weird to see myself enjoying nature. I'll try to do it more often. I doubt it will hurt, right??

This little guy was just outside of our garage door. For the people who really know me I have to say that I thought to pack my bags again and go back to Florida. Why were these creatures created?? Okay...I know, There must be a good explanation. I just don't know the answer. The other thing that I have to ask is why they have to be SO BIG??? Eewwww!!!!!

G.ma Wampler decided to fly from Nauvoo IL to help us organize our new home in California. She stayed with us for a week. It's amazing what she can do only in a week. My place was almost all finished the day before she left. I took these pictures the night before she left. She was enjoying a delicious fruit smoothie next to the pool.
She is the best!!! We really love you G.ma Wampler.

After a hard day of work unpacking, we decided to go with the kids to the park for a little walk. We also wanted to get a nice picture of G. ma Wampler with the kids,. The problem was that we didn't know that the park we picked was full of bees. So as soon as we got the kids smiling and everybody sitting for the picture, the bees started their ATTACK. We tried and tried... but...nothing scared the bees away. Not even little Nick's face...

And guess what...more bees...

I absolutely love this picture. It's just so natural. G. ma Wampler was really trying to get a nice picture with her great grandkids. But between the bees in Nick going crazy...you can see the rest :)
